• * 500g/1lb grass fed organic ground beef (85%lean 15%fat) @sunfedranch
• * 5 Sausages, cut into small pieces
• * 1 onion finely chopped
• * 2 garlic cloves, finely copped
• * 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
• * 5 hard boiled (8 minutes) eggs, peeled
• * 500g/1lb Puff pastry
• * 2 tbsp flour
• * 1/2 tbsp 7 spices(optional)
• * 4 tbsp dried parsley
• * 1 tsp Chili flakes
• * 1 beaten egg
• * Salt and pepper
