Masala Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons chilli powder
• 2 teaspoons dhana jeeroo
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic @purespice_sa
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 4 red dry chillies
• 1 Taj
• 5 cloved minced garlic
• Add in marinated chicken. Cook ½ way. Remove chicken pieces.
• Add in
• 2 teaspoons red masala @purespice_sa
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons oil
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon salt add more if needed
• ½ tin Tomato puree
• 1 cup liquidised tomatoes 🍅
