Walnut-Cinnamon Coffee Cake – Kathleen DiChiara

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp coconut oil (plus some extra for greasing the pan)
• 5 Eggs
• 1/2 cup honey (or coconut palm sugar)
• 4 tbsp coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1 handful walnuts
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp honey
