Paan Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup cream
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 3 finely chopped paan leaves
• 2 tbsps finely chopped dates (de-seeded)
• 1 tbsp chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp chopped pistachio
• 1 tbsp chopped cashew
• 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
• 2 tsp saunf (coarsely powdered)
• 2 tbsps mixed chopped dry fruits (almonds, pista)
• 1/2 cup milk
