Strawberry Banana Bread – Rawcology Inc

Ingredients

• 2 flax eggs
• 1/2 cup apple sauce
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 medium sized bananas mashed
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup strawberries chopped
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup gluten free flour blend
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 1/4 cup oats
• 1/4 tsp xanthan gum (omit if your flour already has it)
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
• 2 tbsp strawberry powder
• 1-2 tbsp non-dairy milk
• Handful crushed Rawcology Strawberry Granola
