Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken any pieces of your choice I used drumsticks make gashes on chicken
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon hyder
- 1 teaspoon chillie powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Sprinkle of robertsons chicken spice
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2 teaspoons crushed green chillie
- Lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 2 cups milk
- Add all the spices and marinate chicken
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tab mazeina
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Salt a little chilly powder mix together
