Savoury Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 medium Onion, chopped roughly
• 2 cloves Garlic, chopped roughly
• 1 cup Parsley Leaves, chopped
• 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, chopped
• 3/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
• 2 tspns Ground Cummin
• 1 tsp Ground Paprika
• 1 tsp Allspice
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1 cup Sultana Bran or similar cereal
• 1 kg Minced Beef
