• 750 g full-fat cream cheese
• 750 g of low-fat curd
• 1 package of vanilla sugar
• 2–3 tbsp. of lemon juice
• 2 packages of cream stiffener
• 250 g + 2 tbsp. of Annes Feinste Bio Fruchtaufstrich Waldbeere [Anne’s Finest Organic Fruit Spread Fruit of the Forest], strained
• 80 g of blueberries
• 80 g of raspberries
• 100 g of strawberries
