• 1 jar Fiesta Mexicana Jalapeño Slices
• 1 bag Antica Cantina Fajita Seasoning Mix
• 200 g prawns, peeled, cooked and headless
• 1 avocado, peeled and cut into wedges
• 1 red mild chili peppers, deseeded and chopped
• 2 tbsp of oil
• some flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 1 lime quartered
