• 1/2 c pepper, bell Chopped
• 1/4 lb Butter or margarine
• 1 pt Oysters drained, chopped
• 1 pk Frozen chopped broccoli
• 1 Egg slightly beaten
• 1/2 c Chopped parsley
• 1 8-oz package cornbread dressing
• 1/2 c Onions chopped
• 1/2 c Water
• 1/2 c Celery chopped
