• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon Heavy Cream or Milk
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
• 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
