Ingredients

• 16 ounces phyllo dough (thawed according to package instructions)
• 1-1/4 cup salted butter (melted)
• 4 cups finely chopped walnuts ((about 1 pound))
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
