Ingredients

• 1 pack Mitsides Linguine
• 2 cubes Mitsides Vegetable Bouillon
• 2 zucchini, cut in small cubes
• 2 small shallots, finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp Mitsides Vegetable Powder
• ¼ cup fresh cream
• zest of 1 lemon, grated
• 1 tsp dry mint
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Some grated Pecorino cheese for serving
