M & M Bakery Cookies - EatsByRamya

Ingredients

• 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1.75 cups unsalted butter, let it sit out for 15 minutes (3.5 regular sticks)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1.5 cups brown sugar, packed
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs, right from the fridge
• 2 egg yolks only, right from the fridge
• 2 cup M&Ms (I use 1 cup regular M&Ms + 1 cup mini M&Ms)
• 0.5 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
