Vegan Tzatziki Sauce Recipe (dairy free) - My Greek Dish
This is my ultimate Vegan Tzatziki recipe! Deliciously creamy, refreshing and, best of all, it tastes just like the original!
Ingredients
- 1 tub of Oatly Oatgurt Greek Style Vegan Yogurt (or similar alternative)
- 1/2 large cucumber
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chopped dill or mint (optional)
- 1 tbsp black olives
