Sirloin Tip Roast in Slow Cooker - Warren Wilson College Farm

Ingredients

• 4 lb roast sirloin tip, rump or other thick cut
• 4 carrots peeled and quartered
• 4 potatoes quartered
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1/4 c red wine vinegar
• 1/2 c beef broth
• 3 tbsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
• 1/2 c heavy cream for gravy
• 2 tbsp cornstarch to thicken for gravy
• 2 tbsp butter
