Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 10 tsp All-purpose flour
• 1 cup of whole milk
• 1 tsp white sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Scotch Bonnets or other hot pepper, finely chopped
• 1/2 medium sized onion chopped (about ½ cup)
• 2 tsp margarine/butter or vegetable oil
