• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup green onions, diced green and white
• 1/2 cup onions, diced
• 1 lb. Farm to Family ground turkey
• 1 jalapeño per taco, or to taste; seeds and stems removed, diced small
• 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
• 2 tsp. toasted ground cumin
• 1 tsp. dry oregano leaves
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. sea salt
• 1 cup enchilada sauce
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 cup jack cheese, shredded
