Ingredients

• 100g oats, blitzed fine (Lamb brand)
• 100g ground almonds (Lamb brand)
• 5 tbsp crunchy peanut butter (Lamb brand)
• 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1-2 tbsp milk (Benna)
• 100g salted roasted peanuts (Lamb brand)
• 150g milk chocolate, melted (Lamb brand)
• 1 tbsp melted butter (Benna)
• Good pinch coarse salt to decorate
