Ingredients

• 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1/2 pc Onion
• 2 pcs White bread
• 1/4 cup Arla UHT Full Cream Milk
• 300 grams Ground beef
• 1 tsp Rock salt
• 1 Egg
• 12 pcs Arla Mozzarella chunk, cut into cubes
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 2 tbsp Mustard
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 cup Arla Whipping Cream, 36% or Arla Pro High Stability Whipping Cream, 35%
• 1 cup Beef broth ( 1 cup water + 1 pc beef cube)
• 100 grams Arla Cheddar Chunk
• 100 grams Arla Mozzarella Cheese
• 200 grams Macaroni, uncooked weight ( cook for 8 min only )
• 50 grams Arla Cheddar Chunk
• 50 grams Arla Mozzarella Cheese
• Parsley for garnish
