- 1 level dessert spoon of syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 4 tsp Sweet Spice
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 tsp boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
- 140g self-raising flour
- 85g rolled oats
