- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional Toppings: chopped green onions, sliced jalapeno peppers, lime wedges, pico de gallo, sour cream and tortilla chips
