• 1/2 lb ground Veal
• 1/2 lb ground Pork
• 2 Urban Meadow® eggs
• 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
• 1 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1/2 small clove garlic, peeled & minced

• 2 cups breadcrumbs
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup Urban Meadow® pure olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, lightly smashed
