Ingredients

• 2 Persian cucumbers
• 2 cups Greek yogurt or better yet – strained Bulgarian yogurt
• 1/2 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 tsp dried mint
• 2 tbsp chopped mint
• 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
• 1/2 tsp table salt
• 1/4 tsp black or white pepper
