Angela's Tuna Stuffed Peppers recipe - from the The Buzzelli Family Cookbook Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 4 large red peppers, washed and cored
• 1 can tuna fish, drained (if you use the Italian tuna fish in oil-use the oil too)
• 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 clove minced garlic or more to taste
• 1/2 cup grated cheese or more to taste
• 5 Tbsp red wine vinegar or more to taste
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1Tbsp oregano
• salt and pepper to taste
