• 1 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup carob chips
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup liquid honey
• 2 tsps vanilla extract
