Boozy Strawberry-Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

• For the Chocolate Whipped Cream Mousse:
• 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
• 1/3 cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Instant Coffee Granules
• For the Boozy Strawberries:
• 2 pounds Strawberries hulled and sliced
• Zest from Orange
• 1/2 cup Orange Liqueur (can be omitted)
• 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
• For the Brownies:
• 1 package Chocolate Brownie Mix 18.3 oz
• 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Granules
