Recipe: Loaded Burger Bowls

Juicy burger patties straight from the grill piled high on toasted Brioche Buns with all of the fixings and a cold, cold beer- it screams summer. My mouth is watering with the thought of it, alone....

Ingredients

  • 4 Grass-fed Burgers
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee (Alternatively, use 1 Tbsp of an oil with a high smoke point, like Avocado Oil)
  • 4 Slices Natural Uncured Bacon (Any Bacon will do.)
  • 4 Organic Pasure-raised Eggs (I use Vital Farms)
  • 1 Package Organic Girl Arugula and Spinach (Or any Organic Greens of your preference)
  • 2 Tomatoes, sliced into rounds (Organic is best!)
  • 1 avocado (Peeled, pit removed, cut into fourths. Do this right before you assemble your bowls to keep the Avocado from browning.)
  • 1 Bunch Radishes (Leaves removed and cut into fourths. )
  • 8 Small Dill Pickles, cut into fourths. (Such as Bubbies)
  • Primal Kitchen BBQ Ranch Dressing (Primal Kitchen has other dressings, too!)
  • Micro-Greens (Optional )
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes (Washed and cut into 1" cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Large Red Onion (Cut in half, ends removed and sliced thin)
  • 4 Tbsp Grass-fed Butter (Again, I recommend Vital Farms)
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
