• 1 Cup Merlot Wine
• 2 cans (28oz each) Tomatoes in juice Chop to small pieces
• 12 oz Tomatoe Paste
• 1 Large Carrot Sliced or Chopped
• 2 Stalks Celery Sliced or Chopped
• 2 tablespoons Dried or Fresh Basil
• 2 Cups Zucchini Sliced or Chopped
• 38 oz Fresh Cheese Tortellini
• .25 Cup Fresh Italian Parsley Chopped
• Fresh Parmesan Cheese Grated
