• For the Filling:
• 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• For the Glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
