• 2 c. vegetable oil, for frying
• 30 wonton wrappers
• 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 ripe avocado peeled, pitted, and diced small
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 T. water
• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 2 T. rice vinegar
• 1/4 c. lime juice
• 2 T. honey
• 2 t. freshly minced ginger
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/3 c. freshly chopped cilantro
