Ingredients
- 200 ml Cold water let all the jylly sugars dissolve
- 500ml Milk
- Add bit of Elachi (cardomom) powder
- Few drops of Rose Essence
- 2 tablespoon China grass powder
- (Also known as Falooda or agar agar (falooda powder) powder) AND
- 2 tablespoon Custard Powder
- Add to the hot milk
- Add Rose Syrup OR Sugar to taste
- ADD 4 tablespoon Dessicated Coconut
- Allow to cool slightly for 5min
- Sprinkle Almonds and more coconut over
- Allow to set in Refrigerator Again
