Ingredients

• 1 TBSP Champagne Vinegar
• 4 TBSP Olive oil
• 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
• 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon
• 1/8 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1 Green Apple, thinly sliced
• 2 TBSP Goat Cheese
• 2 heads Belgium Endive
• 3 Bunches Watercress
