• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1/4 cup biscuit-like baking mix
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter or margarine (firm)
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
