- 320 ml (1 1/3 cup) ground veal
- 320 ml (1 1/3 cup) ground beef
- 320 ml (1 1/3 cup) ground pork
- Pinch of dry oregano
- 120 ml (½ cup) flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 250 ml (1 cup) parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 large eggs
- 120 ml (½ cup) milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) bread crumbs
- 120 ml (½ cup) Stefano extra virgin olive oil
- 4 L (6 jars) Stefano tomato basil sauce
- 750 ml (3 cups) durum wheat semolina
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Stefano extra-virgin olive oil
- Water, as needed
- 60 ml (¼ cup) unsalted butter
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and coarsely chopped
- 750 ml (3 cups) mozzarella, shredded
- 375 ml (1 ½ cups) Parmesan, grated
