Chewy Choc-oat-chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup margaine or butter, softened
• 5/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbs milk
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 � c all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
• 2� cup quick or old fashioned oats
• 1 (12oz) pkg semisweet chocolate pieces (2 cup)
• 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
