Crockpot Sweet Potato Stew | Food Stuff

Ingredients

• 1 bay leaf
• 2 beef boullion cubes
• 1 can (15 ounces) corn, I use fire-roasted
• 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
• 8 ounces bag mini carrots
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
• Optional: fresh flat leaf parsley
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon each seasoned salt and pepper
• 1 pound stew meat, cut into 1-inch chunks (I buy it pre-cut)
• 2 medium sweet potatoes, - 3 cups chopped
• 1 cup water
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small yellow onion
