- 250 g cold unsalted butter, cubed into small pieces
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- 50 g icing sugar
- 100 ml icy old water
- 3 tsp vinegar
- 10 apples, peeled, cored and cut into small pieces
- 100g light brown sugar
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2¼ tbsp cornstarch
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
- 50g unsalted butter
