Ingredients
- 500g white chocolate, chopped
- 2½ cups rice bubbles
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, plus 1 Tbsp extra for sprinkling
- 120g bag blanched almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
- 200g bag mixed or red glace cherries
- ½ cup sultanas or raisins
- ¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped
