Bruce'S Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes (about 3 medium sweet potatoes)
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
• 3 to 4 tablespoons ice water
• Whipped cream (for serving)
• A pinch of ground cinnamon (for dusting)
