Ingredients

• ½ cup ketchup
• ½ cup mustard
• ⅓ cup pickle juice
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 to 4 fresh garlic cloves, grated
• ½ cup white onion, grated
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
• 1 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
• 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef, loosely packed into 4-ounce balls
• 8 slices deluxe American cheese
• 1 sweet onion, shaved thin
• 4 Martin’s potato buns
• Salt and pepper
• Nathan’s jumbo hot dogs, scored
• Martin’s hot dog buns
• Blackstone SPG seasoning
• 4 ears of corn, cut in half
• Olive oil or melted butter
• Frozen fries of choice
