• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

• 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips, plus 2/3 cup for topping
• 1 cup Nutella
