Kotopoulo Me Bamyes - Chicken with Okra | Recipe Finder

Ingredients

• 1 Chicken, about 2 kg (4 lb)
• 1/4 c Butter
• 1 Onion; finely chopped
• 1 Garlic clove; crushed
• 1 1/2 c Chopped, peeled tomatoes
• 1 tb Tomato paste
• 1/2 c Dry white wine
• 1 Bay leaf
• 2 Pieces of cinnamon bark
• 1/2 ts Sugar Salt Freshly ground black pepper
• 500 g Prepared okra
