  • Mushrooms
  • 1 punnet mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
  • 1 teaspoon origanum , Aromat (a South African Spice) , salt
  • 1 cup fresh cream (250ml )
  • ½ bunch dhania (coriander)
  • 1 egg beaten
