• 2 – 3 Tablespoons of Gangster Sauce
• ½ cup shredded lettuce, chopped fine
• 4 – 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in eighths
• 1/8 red onion, minced
• 2 Tablespoons crumbled Cotija cheese
