- 3tbsp tamari soy sauce (gluten free)
- 2tbsp Chinese five spice powder
- 1tbsp maple syrup (FODMAP safe) or xylitol
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 400-500g free range chicken – use drumsticks, thighs, wings or breasts
