• 30 gr İçim Butter
• Freshly squeezed juice of 3 oranges
• 50 g peas, boiled
• 50g basmati rice, boiled
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
