- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbls butter
- 1/3 cup oatmeal, briefly pulsed in the coffee grinder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbls white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp MSG (optional but called Accent in the spice section)
