Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
• 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 3/4 pound turkey, ground, lean
• 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, low sodium
• 1 15-ounce can beans, black, low sodium, drained and rinsed
• 1/4 cup green olives, chopped
• 1/4 cup raisins
