• 50 Grams linseeds
• 1-2 Handfuls parsley and/or other herbs of choice
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 brown onion halved
• 3 carrots, roughly chopped
• 2 stalks celery, including leaves, roughly chopped
• 100 Grams baby spinach leaves
• 150 Grams zucchini, roughly chopped
• 1 Kilo minced beef (or half beef, half pork)
• 2 eggs
• 2 Teaspoons pink salt flakes
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Streaky bacon to line loaf holes
